Customers must ensure they are **physically and mentally fit** for ATV/UTV riding. This includes checking with **doctors** and disclosing **medical conditions** that may impair operation.
The **first 4 hours of gas** are included. Any additional gas use will be charged **$5 per hour**.
A **4% convenience fee** applies to **credit/debit card payments**.
Customers must provide a **48-hour cancellation notice** for a full refund.
Late arrivals may result in **reduced riding time**.
These additional legal notices apply to all **customers, visitors, and users** of Ridin' Dirty Rentals.
All **trademarks, slogans, and images** are the property of Ridin' Dirty Rentals and protected under **copyright law**.
We reserve the right to use any **public reviews, testimonials, or posts** mentioning our services for **marketing purposes**.
We reserve the right to **deny participation** to anyone displaying **rude or inappropriate behavior** towards our staff or customers.
Ridin' Dirty Rentals is **not responsible** for injuries, damages, or losses occurring from rental activities.
